Ingredients
1/2 tbsp Red Chili PowderRed Chili Powder

1 tbps Coriander SeedsCoriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin SeedsCumin Seeds

1/2 tsp Turmeric PowderTurmeric Powder


Directions
1. In a heavy-bottomed pan fry all the ingredients for 5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Grind all the roasted ingredients together to a powder.
4. Store in an airtight container.
